One-hundred percent Red Grenache. Ripe, dark fruits, then subtle aromas of pink and purple petals. Balsamic notes, spicy base of black pepper and mineral with hints of stone fire. Blackcurrants, raspberries, citrus and dark cherries. Medium body. Soft and silky tannins. Nuanced, albeit persistent. Created by Josep Grau as a tribute to his mother. Only 2,700 bottles produced.
